Insurance policies/benefits do vary depending on diagnosis and the actual procedures required. Procedures (this includes consultations/examination/x-rays) vary greatly in coverage by policies. Many policies have specific “exclusions” for specific procedures.

They will submit your claim to both medical and dental insurers in a timely manner for review. It is very important that you provide our office with accurate and updated insurance information.
