We are providers for most major medical and dental insurance companies. As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist in processing your claim to your insurance company. We deliver the finest surgical care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Please bring your insurance information with you to the appointment so that we can expedite your claim and avoid delays. All payments (and co-payments) are due at the time service is rendered. Any remaining balance after the insurance claim is settled is the patient’s responsibility.

If necessary, we can assist you in applying for an interest free payment plan through a sponsoring financial institution.
