To Our Patients, Referrals, and Local Hospital Emergency Room Providers:
We are open to care for our patients, and to handle urgent needs from the now shut down dental community. Due to the nature of our Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery practice, many patients require urgent care due to pain, swelling, and trauma. Many of these are pediatric patients that otherwise would seek care at the local emergency rooms. It is our deep belief that Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeons are the last line before hospital care is required for typical dental/jaw/face emergencies. We must be available.
Our entire team has taken precautionary standards and procedures to the highest levels to ensure the well-being of our patients during this pandemic. We are taking extraordinary measures to disinfect the common areas in our office. Frequently touched surfaces are being disinfected regularly. These common touch points include all counter tops, patient check-in areas, door handles, bathrooms and of course treatment/examination rooms.
Staffing has been reduced and any staff member with any upper respiratory symptoms have been instructed to stay home.
Patient scheduling is being staggered and we ask that patients come to the office alone (without family members). Pediatric patients should come to the office with one parent and no siblings. Anyone that is accompanying you to our office should stay/wait in the car.
Many followup/post-surgery visits and clinical questions can be handled over the phone (even with FaceTime).
Our office is following all strict guidelines/recommendations from the CDC and the Massachusetts Dept of Health with respect to questions asked and travel history.
Our staff is here to help in any way possible. Please call with any concerns or questions.
In Good Health,

All levels of anesthesia, including general anesthesia, are available in the Billerica, Westford, and Worcester offices. We employ a surgery-anesthesia team approach. Our youngest patients are treated with a specific two doctor/provider anesthesia team protocol.
Our surgeons manage diseases relating to the jaws, mouth, and facial region. The most advanced surgical treatment is provided in areas of pediatrics, jaw/facial infections, dental implants, bone reconstruction, wisdom teeth, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma repair.
Dental Implants Billerica, Westford, and Worcester
Dental implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. The person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat comfortably and can smile with confidence, knowing that teeth appear natural and that facial contours will be preserved.
Dental implant surgery should be performed by a formally trained surgeon. They are changing the way people live. With them, people are rediscovering the comfort and confidence to eat, speak, laugh and enjoy life. For more information about dental implants or to schedule a consultation appointment, call our office in Billerica Billerica Office Phone Number 978-667-8600 or Westford Westford Office Phone Number 978-392-9095.
