  • Some plans include exclusions that may affect reimbursement for procedures such as dental implants, consultations, or 3D imaging

Medical & Dental Coverage: What to Know

Insurance carriers determine benefits based on the specific diagnosis, the procedure performed, and any policy exclusions or limitations. As a result, procedures such as oral pathology exams or anesthesia for pediatric patients 
may be covered under medical insurance in some cases, but not in others. 
Our billing team works diligently to review your benefits and submit 
accurate, timely claims on your behalf.
